The word Clairaudience means 'Clear-Hearing'. The psychic ability to hear voices of Guides, Loved Ones, Angels not present to ordinary hearing. Such voices may be subconsciously generated and externalized in auditory perception, or they may be objective but pitched on such an auditory scale or vibration as to be inaudible to most people. Clairaudients have been known throughout the ages since biblical times. The enigmatic Joan of Arc began her cause in response to several different voices heard by her alone; while the voices of William Cowper, the 18th century poet, heard in his later years, affected his life and certainly influenced his poetry completely. The word, Clairaudience is French and is used to denote the faculty of supranormal hearing, that is the perception of sounds, voices and even music, not audible to normal hearing. Prophets, priests, saints and mystics throughout history have been guided by clairaudient voices, usually interpreted as the voice of God, angels, spirit guides or some other divine essence.
Also called clear-seeing or second sight. Clairvoyance is the ability to see into the future or to know things that cannot be discovered through the normal senses. The process of clairvoyance is described as seeing images in your mind as though on a video screen, or even seeing energy forms externally, projected from your inner vision. They may be scenes, people known or unknown, symbols, such as those you might have see when looking into a candle flame or reading tea leaves!
Like intuition, clairsentience is a psychic sense that many people already possess, although they may not trust it a 100%. For as with the other psychic senses, it may not accord with the external evidence or with information we have been given or which may seem logical. You may go into an unfamiliar house or ancient site and know instantly that something bad or tragic happened there, and if you carried out research, you would probably find that you were correct! How is clairsentience manifested? It might be through a sudden apparently unrelated taste in your mouth, the smell of smoke on the site of a bad fire that occurred many years previously, or as a sudden wafting of the perfume of a deceased relative on the anniversary of their death or birthday. You may also experience a sense of unease or sudden total happiness, or even hairs standing up on the back of your neck!
This is a spiritual process in which a sensitive person, called a Spiritual Medium, becomes a conduit or channel, for departed spirits or guides to communicate through with the living, and like wise, for relatives to ask questions of the spirits via the medium. It is also a method used to obtain wisdom and information about the higher planes of existence from evolved spirit guides, who assist the medium in his or her work. There a two levels to Mediumship. 1): Mental Mediumship 2): Physical Mediumship Mental Mediumship involves the medium relating information through thought transference from the afterlife, and therefore usually takes place while the medium is fully conscious. The medium may talk to a Spirit Guide, who will act as an intermediary, or communicates directly with the spirits of the deceased loved ones. The messages from the spirit world are going to be transmitted in words using the mediums own voice. Physical Mediumship involves the manipulation and transformation of physical systems and energies. This complicated form of mediumship comes via a spirit operator, often called a 'Doorkeeper' or a highly evolved spirit guide, the results can not only be heard by the sitters gathered, but also seen. Very often there has been reports of apparitions, speaking in other languages, and even ectoplasm being produced at these particular sittings. Physical mediumship should only be attempted by a properly trained and experienced medium, as this form of mediumship involves quite deep trance states, where the medium remains virtually unconscious throughout the sitting.
Traditionally, automatic writing is regarded as a tool of mediumship, whereby it is believed, information is channelled through from direct from spirit, whether that of a deceased close relative or someone who needs to communicate to the living for a specific message or purpose. I know of a lady who claims to regularly channell through the spirit of John Lennon. Through automatic writing, the spirit will pass on information about the manner of death they had, or mention any unfinished business during life that their still worried about. However, more recently it has become quite popular as a personal art for the purpose of receiving angelic communication and channelling from other higher beings of light. You can define the purpose for which you are carrying out the session and either ask questions to set up a question and answer response or simply allow your mind to go blank and allow wisdom to flow. The medium would sit quietly with pen in hand, allowing either a question to formulate in their mind, or to just sit in silence and just wait. Before too long, the medium will begin to write spontaneously, carrying on writing until the medium can no longer hear the words in their head or the pen just stops writing! Some mediums I have seen in action, can even do it with a pen in each hand, the lady I know that channells John Lennon, can write with her feet as well!
Chakra is a Sanskrit word for 'wheel' and its belief system belongs to the Hindu and Buddhist yogic tradition. Yoga comes from the the Sanskrit word yui, 'to harness horses to chariot', and refers to a search for the mystery of the Universe through finding one's own self. Many psychics believe that you must open these chakra energy centres to raise the bodily energies to the level of the spirit before psychic awareness is possible. Opening the chakras and closing them down after psychic work is another, but not the only nor necessarily the best, way of preparing for psychic work.
You may know, or may not, that we have what is known as an aura that surrounds our physical body, just like a veil. Chakras are seven different coloured energy centres, or vortex's, that run down the body or spinal column, or in other words, they sit within the aura like 'badges', you cannot see them physically of course, but trained people can actually see and sense them spinning away. Each centre is responsible for a different function, and will, and can affect various parts of the body or emotions. Chakras should be the size of coffee mug coasters. They spin like little extractor fans forcing negative energy out from the body, and thereby attracting positive energy back in to keep the body healthy. Sometimes the centres can become blocked, which through healing, can be kick-started back into action. For more information on this subject, I would suggest looking through the Mind, Body, Spirit section of the local library, or bookstore, for publications dedicated to this subject.
NO! No-one can accurately predict anything specifically, the Spirit World does not operate that way. You have to realise, that we're all born with free choice & free will in this world, what we do with that is entirely up to us. So a reading does not take away responsibility of your free will. It will enable you to make changes surely, altering your future path. So no, any form of reading, and any information gleaned through them, be it Tarot cards, Tea-leaves, Clairvoyance, is not written down in tablets of stone, things can alter, without prior notice, within the space of a week sometimes!.
How accurate is all this stuff? The best thing I can say to this commonly asked question is that a vast majority of readings come to us though personal recommendations, or my client base that have loyally followed me from company to companies that I have previously worked for etc. So I guess I must be doing something right all these years. Its like anything in life really, is anything really a 100% guaranteed! All I can say, is that my Guides certainly wouldn't set out to mislead anybody, so the information that they give me very often turns out to be right. So yeah, I would say that they are pretty accurate! A reading can certainly give you confirmation, a new way of looking at an old situation, renewed direction, much more confidence, as well as self-reassurance regarding your current circumstances. The most important thing, is that you 'feel' a bond with your reader to begin with, that's why I always prefer to do a little bit of an introduction beforehad, as a form of ice-breaker etc.
